Half way there......

Last Saturday marked my 20th week of pregnancy! We are now half way there....amazing how time flies! For some of you that may not know, Cody and I went last week for our 20 week ultrasound. They confirmed it is a GIRL!!!! I am just tickled pink! Ha! Cody is getting himself excited....I think. He just tells me he is not sure what to do with a little girl. I am so sure she will be wrapped around his little finger soon;)

So far, so good. I have really been blessed with good pregnancies so far. I have felt pretty good for the most part. I just really LOVE being pregnant. I know, I know....some people may think I am nuts...but I do. I love the excitement of knowing there is something growing inside of me that is truly a miracle of God's creation. I also love being able to eat whatever I want for 9 months! It is the best! I try to be healthy at times, but if I want that snocone with cream or a strawberry milkshake from Chick Filet....I go get it! And I just can't seem to get enough snocones!!!

Reed has kept us busy and there is just never a dull moment! He is such a joy to be around....he keeps me on my toes! I cannot believe he is 17 months just seems like yesterday, I was watching him in his baby swing and holding him( while he was very calm) in my arms. It makes me sad to think how fast these months have gone. I am hoping and praying I will be able to handle two children and share my love equally. I know that part will definitely be the hardest, especially at first. My mom just tells me you will be able to do it and that God will give me the strength to handle whatever comes my way. I truly do believe that too!

Well, as my little man takes a nap, I just had to share some of my heart. We have already been up since around 6:45 and I have cleaned out his closet, cleaned the kitchen, done a load of laundry..washed and folded some clothes, and played in the floor with him. It is going to be a good day! Hope everyone has a Happy Thursday!;)
