Reed likes to climb now. He loves to climb in chairs, up on the couch, bed, or whatever is high! It scares me because not only does he like to climb....he likes to try to stand up...now that seriously makes me nervous. He gets in trouble for standing up too. Here is a picture of him in action!

Half way there......
Last Saturday marked my 20th week of pregnancy! We are now half way there....amazing how time flies! For some of you that may not know, Cody and I went last week for our 20 week ultrasound. They confirmed it is a GIRL!!!! I am just tickled pink! Ha! Cody is getting himself excited....I think. He just tells me he is not sure what to do with a little girl. I am so sure she will be wrapped around his little finger soon;)
So far, so good. I have really been blessed with good pregnancies so far. I have felt pretty good for the most part. I just really LOVE being pregnant. I know, I know....some people may think I am nuts...but I do. I love the excitement of knowing there is something growing inside of me that is truly a miracle of God's creation. I also love being able to eat whatever I want for 9 months! It is the best! I try to be healthy at times, but if I want that snocone with cream or a strawberry milkshake from Chick Filet....I go get it! And I just can't seem to get enough snocones!!!
Reed has kept us busy and there is just never a dull moment! He is such a joy to be around....he keeps me on my toes! I cannot believe he is 17 months old....it just seems like yesterday, I was watching him in his baby swing and holding him( while he was very calm) in my arms. It makes me sad to think how fast these months have gone. I am hoping and praying I will be able to handle two children and share my love equally. I know that part will definitely be the hardest, especially at first. My mom just tells me you will be able to do it and that God will give me the strength to handle whatever comes my way. I truly do believe that too!
Well, as my little man takes a nap, I just had to share some of my heart. We have already been up since around 6:45 and I have cleaned out his closet, cleaned the kitchen, done a load of laundry..washed and folded some clothes, and played in the floor with him. It is going to be a good day! Hope everyone has a Happy Thursday!;)

Hot Springs
My mom and dad planned a mini vacation to Hot Springs for our summer vacation. This is the 2nd year we stayed at my dad's friends lake house. It was so relaxing!!! Cody had already planned to run in a half marathon in Montana the same weekend so he was not able to come. He was definitely missed;)
Reed had a blast!!! He was so full of energy and loved all of the attention! Lollie and Big Daddy came and stayed for a few days as well. We had a wonderful time just relaxing and hanging out!
My sister and brother-in-law recently moved to Hot Springs and were actually still in the process of moving this past weekend. We got to see their beautiful new home and spend family time together. Reed and Isabella had so much fun playing together! I am definitely sad about them leaving Fayetteville but excited for the great opportunities ahead for her family. I have a feeling they are going to be very happy.
On Friday, my sister was off work so we shopped since the weather was bad. Saturday, we went to her neighborhood pool during Reed's nap. I actually got to lay out....very RARE these days. It was nice until it started raining:( We celebrated my dad's birthday later on that night at Outback Steakhouse...one of my dad's fav's. It was definitely an experience to say the least.....my child was WILD! I will have to say it was definitely past his bedtime though.
We did not have the best weather this year so we decided not to rent a boat. We still managed to have a wonderful time just being together as a family! We are so very blessed with such a wonderful family! Thanks Nana, Pops, Lollie, and Big Daddy for all of your help! It was greatly appreciated!
Let me explain this picture. My dad hooked himself while fishing with Isabella's Cinderella fishing pole....Too funny!
My son is a social butterfly for sure! He never meets a stranger. One of the guys next door let him wear his straw hat. I think he thought Reed was pretty cute;)
Reed and Lollie hanging out together!
Reed enjoyed goofing off with his Uncle Chase!
These next four pictures are all very similar. Reed is somewhat obsessed with Barney. My mom introduced him to U-tube videos on her Iphone...he will watch it forever!!
Reed loves to catch fish from his puzzle. His little fishing pole has a magnet attached. He can actually catch every single one of them! It is pretty impressive to watch my little fisherman in action.
And he loves to fish with Pops too! We must get him a new fishing pole fast!
All he really needs is a water hose to have fun! He will play for hours!!!
Isabella helping Reed put a bandaid on his boo boo!
